What we expect from our trainers
- Prepare effective and well-structured lessons.
- Implement a learner-centred approach.
- Conduct a needs analysis of the participants.
- Ensure attendance tracking of participants.
- Assess and support learners’ progress.
- Maintain regular communication with our administrative team.
- Reside near the course location and hold a valid work permit in Switzerland.
- Experience in online teaching and good command of digital tools is an advantage.
Profile sought
- SVEB training or equivalent qualification in teaching French as a foreign language.
- Experience teaching adults.
- Experience teaching French as a foreign or second language.
- Native French speaker or C2 level.
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in working with adults.
- Patience, flexibility and adaptability.
- Willingness to undertake continuous training.
