- have completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland.
- enjoy working independently and at the same time being part of a strong treatment team.
- competently accompany clients as a key nurse or in case management, even in complex situations.
- work solution-oriented, take responsibility and prioritise your assignments sensibly.
- enjoy working interprofessionally and exchanging with general practitioners, hospitals, care homes and other specialist agencies.
- actively participate in case discussions, share your knowledge and want to develop professionally and personally.
- use digital work tools confidently or are willing to learn them.
- handle your own resources mindfully and reflect on your personal boundaries.
- hold a category B driving licence and are mobile with your own vehicle or a company vehicle.
