We are looking for a Development Mechanic (f/m/d) to complement our development team and contribute decisively to the further development of our products with craftsmanship precision, technical understanding, and personal responsibility.

In this role, you combine mechanical know-how with development work and ensure that new ideas can be tested, further developed, and approved under real conditions.

What tasks will you take on?

You will:

• be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and upkeep of development facilities.
• accompany modifications and new constructions of development facilities as well as maintain and support test facilities and test stands in development.
• support test setups and development processes and check safety equipment.
• manage and digitize plant data, certificates, and spare parts.
• assist in the preparation and execution of approval tests and maintain contact with external service providers for laboratory technology.
• accompany trainees on their path to becoming polymechanics with a focus on maintenance and overhaul.

What do we expect from you?

You:

• have completed training in the mechanical field, for example as a polymechanic or production mechanic.
• bring further training as a technician TS or several years of experience in a comparable field of activity.
• enjoy working independently and responsibly and contribute your own solutions.
• place the highest value on occupational safety and precise work.
• have very good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage.
