About the job
We are looking for a committed and strong leadership personality as Workshop Manager (m/f/d) for our workshop.
In this key position, you will take on the technical and personnel management of our workshop team and contribute significantly to ensuring a high level of service and work quality.

Your tasks
- Technical and personnel management of the workshop team
- Planning, control and monitoring of workshop processes
- Preparation of quotations and financial control
- Ensuring efficient resource and personnel planning
- Supporting employees with technical and diagnostic challenges
- Maintaining the on-call service 7/24
- Responsibility for quality, meeting deadlines and occupational safety
- Promotion and further development of employees
- Collaboration with other departments and external partners
- Continuous optimisation of processes and workflows
Our expectations
- Several years of professional experience in the field of construction machinery, agricultural machinery or comparable technical industries
- Sound expertise in maintenance, repair and diagnosis of construction machinery, as well as electronic controls and hydraulic systems
- Proven leadership experience and enjoyment in leading and developing employees
- Completed further training as an industrial foreman or a comparable qualification
- High social competence, assertiveness and organisational skills
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- German as a native language or at native speaker level
- Commercial understanding as well as experience in quotation calculation and cost control
- Entrepreneurial thinking and cost awareness
- French and English skills are an advantage
