Project Manager Heating (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced specialist for the project management and realisation of heating systems in new builds and renovations. In direct collaboration with management, you will take on the technical and commercial responsibility for your projects and accompany them from consultation and calculation to execution, commissioning and handover. In addition to project management, you are responsible for budget, deadlines and quality and maintain cooperation with clients, architects, suppliers and installation teams. The position combines sound heating expertise with sales, calculation and entrepreneurial project management.
Responsibilities:
Independent project management of heating projects from the offer phase to handover
Technical advice to clients, architects and other project participants
Planning and design of heating systems, heat distribution and hydraulic systems
Preparation of offers, calculations and technical solution proposals
Responsibility for project budget, cost control and economical project execution
Implementation of work preparation (AVOR) as well as planning of personnel, materials and execution
Coordination of installation teams, suppliers, subcontractors and specialist planners
Procurement and disposition of heating systems, components and installation materials
Monitoring of installation and construction execution regarding quality, deadlines and technical specifications
Participation in construction, coordination and client meetings
Processing of measurements, additional work and billing bases
Support of commissioning, acceptance and project handover
Qualifications:
Completed training as heating installer EFZ or comparable building technology basic training
Further training as building technology planner heating, chief heating installer or certified technician HF building technology is an advantage
Professional experience in project management, planning or execution of heating systems
Sound knowledge in heating technology, hydraulics, AVOR and construction execution
Experience in calculation, tendering, budget control and project accounting
Confident handling of MS Office and common digital project tools
Good German language skills spoken and written
