Quality Assurance Representative

Our employees develop, produce, and market high-precision instruments to provide our customers with the greatest possible benefit in their demanding application areas. At our global operational headquarters in Nänikon-Greifensee, we are looking to strengthen our team in the field of quality management within research and development (R&D) with a communicative person as Quality Assurance Representative 80-100% (all genders). The goal of this position is to continuously improve the quality of products (SW & physical products/instruments) and the quality of processes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across various management levels in a targeted and measurable way. In this role, you will undertake the following activities: You will initiate preventive and corrective measures based on thorough root cause analyses and ensure improvements within research & development through continuous monitoring. You will evaluate and implement preventive statistical quality methods to sustainably enhance product quality. You will consistently apply the PLM framework and anchor it as an integral part of the quality and management system. You will derive quality and reliability goals from the requirements and integrate them purposefully into products and development processes. You will actively participate in test management – particularly in the design and implementation of verification and validation.
