Your main tasks:
- Conceptual further development of quality management
- Responsibility for the maintenance and development of the management system
- Support in the planning and control of financial, operational, and educational processes
- Control, monitoring, and optimization of business processes
- Planning, execution, and follow-up of audits
- Participation in overarching cantonal processes
Our expectations of you:
- Completed further training in quality management
- Several years of professional experience in quality management, ideally in a multidisciplinary and heterogeneous environment
- Experience in analyzing and optimizing processes
- Persistence and pronounced communication skills
