knechtcare encompasses the activities of the Knecht Group in healthcare. Knechtcare offers a comprehensive range of services in the outpatient sector, including home rehabilitation, care, patient transport, and emergency services.

The HR knechtcare is responsible for all HR services of the companies MoPi.ch AG, Spitex 24 AG, seniorencare 24 AG, and reha at home ag and consists of four people.

• In this role, you are responsible for the recruitment of the companies Spitex 24 AG and reha at home ag.
• You maintain regular contact with supervisors as well as the planning departments and ascertain their recruitment needs.
• In our recruitment tool "Dualoo" you write the job advertisements and process the incoming applications.
• You conduct initial interviews independently or with the supervisors and work closely with other departments for the further recruitment process.
• You also occasionally participate in fairs and other events.
• Additionally, you support HR administration in various matters.

• Commercial basic training or training in healthcare
• Several years of recruitment experience (2 to 5 years) in healthcare and/or a recruitment agency
• HR assistant training is an advantage
• Confident German language skills and a flair for writing job advertisements
• Experience in recruitment via social media
• Winning, upbeat and cheerful personality with a "can-do" attitude
