Senior Controller (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
As the central contact person for management and executives, you translate complex financial and operational developments into clear control impulses and concrete recommendations for action.
You analyse performance in the energy and trading business, deal with regulatory issues around electricity and networks, and create transparency about key value drivers.
You build sophisticated financial models and profitability calculations, further develop valuation approaches for investment projects, and ensure their company-wide consistency.
You ensure that strategy, planning, forecasting, and reporting are integrated and prepare management information tailored to the target groups for the executive board and supervisory board.
You lead cross-departmental projects and contribute your expertise to strategic finance and controlling initiatives in an international environment.
Qualifications:
A further qualification as an expert in accounting & controlling or an equivalent qualification forms your professional basis.
You have proven experience in strategic controlling and in developing KPI-based and driver-oriented control models.
Company valuations, financial models, and profitability analyses are part of your previous work experience.
You bring several years of experience from the energy industry, energy trading, or trading controlling as well as solid project management experience.
Very good German and English skills at least at C1 level are required.
