Our client is an established Swiss healthcare institution in the field of inpatient rehabilitation and acute medicine, distinguished by high professional quality and pronounced interdisciplinary collaboration. As a training company, the organisation places great emphasis on promoting nursing trainees and continuously invests in modern treatment concepts as well as a motivating working environment. To strengthen the team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual as a Certified Nurse / Nursing Specialist with an additional role as a vocational trainer.

Certified Nurse / Nursing Specialist 80-100% (m/f/d)

- Care and support of internal medicine patients with complex medical conditions

- Implementation of diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive nursing measures

- Planning, execution and monitoring of the nursing process

- Collaboration with the interdisciplinary treatment team

- Taking on group responsibility

- Participation in meetings

- Support and promotion of trainees at various levels

- Professional exchange with ward management and team regarding educational status

- Conducting progress discussions with trainees

- Conducting competency assessments and holding professional discussions

- Completed training as a certified nurse

- Initial professional experience in rehabilitation nursing or acute hospital

- Proven knowledge in medical technology

- Experience in mentoring apprentices and students

- Completed or imminent SVEB 1 further training

- For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required

- Reliable, independent working style with willingness to learn

- Strong social skills, team and communication abilities
