CRS Health Assistant at 80% on a fixed-term replacement contract starting 26.10.2026

Your tasks

• Supervision and support of assigned residents
• Assistance with personal care, movement, and other daily activities
• Offering our residents daily activities with creative occupations, walks, etc.
• Taking on tasks as the housing reference person according to instructions
• Participation in care reports and communication of important observations
• Writing care notes in our CareCoach care documentation system (possible on the move with the CareCoach smartphone)
• Assistance with logistical and household activities

Your profile

• Completed a CRS care course and internship in long-term care
• Several years of professional experience in care is an advantage

• A warm attitude
• Enjoyment in taking on varied challenges
• Good knowledge of French, both spoken and written
