Role:
You take on a central function in finance and accounting and manage the general and subsidiary ledgers of various companies. In addition to the operational daily business, you contribute to financial statements, tax declarations, and other finance-related topics. At the same time, you bring your ideas to optimise processes and internal controls.
Responsibilities:
You manage the general and subsidiary ledgers of various companies and ensure correct processing of business transactions
You assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
You prepare VAT returns and ensure timely processing
You collaborate in the management of various foundation accounting
You support the development and optimisation of internal control processes
You work closely with internal contacts and assist with further tasks in finance and accounting
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education and further training in finance and accounting
You bring several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
You have sound knowledge in general and subsidiary ledger accounting as well as financial statement preparation
You work confidently with MS Office, especially Excel and Teams
Ideally, you have experience with Abacus or a comparable ERP system
You have fluent German skills; French skills are an advantage
