About the job
To complement our 2Fugu2 nursery team in Zurich Klus, we are looking for an intern 100% from October or by arrangement.
2Fugu2 nurseries are a private operation aiming to expand family-supportive childcare at attractive locations. Our 2Fugu2 house is located directly by Kluspark in district 7. The nearest tram and bus stop H56lderlinstrasse with lines 3, 8 and N16 and N19 is in close proximity to our house. We have 380 m2 of light-flooded rooms available, which we have developed and furnished in a child-friendly manner. The nursery is designed for 3 groups. Opening hours are from 7.00 am to 6.30 pm.
Working with children is full of life and you will certainly never be bored. As an intern, you will gain your first experiences in the professional world. We accompany you on your path with care and empathy and support you with our expertise. You will learn the basics of childcare and may gradually take on more responsibility. It is important to us that your backpack is full of knowledge and experience at the end of the internship year. This way, you will be well prepared to start training as a childcare professional.
TASKS
- Participation in the meaningful and appropriate design of everyday life
- Support of the group leader in managing the children’s group according to the educational principles of 2Fugu2 nurseries
- Collecting first professional experiences under guidance
- Co-organisation of celebrations, festivals and events
REQUIREMENTS
- Completed compulsory schooling
- Joy and interest in working with children and in a team
- Very good spoken and written German skills
- Reliable and resilient
- Self-reflection, willingness to develop further
- Good manners
