For the Tunnel Construction department in Switzerland, we are looking for you as a project manager to strengthen our team in French-speaking Switzerland (and, if needed, throughout Switzerland).

Responsibilities

• Independent management of small and large, complex tunnel construction projects
• Participation in acquiring new projects
• Responsibility for the profit and loss of assigned projects
• Resource and intervention planning
• Management of site managers and site supervisory staff
• Competent contact for clients, planners, and business partners
• Collaboration with local partners, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities
• Support for projects in preparing the AVOR (work execution planning)
• Procurement of subcontractor services and materials in collaboration with the Procurement department, including contract management
• Management of additional work, development and implementation of additional work offers
• Financial and technical control of projects

You bring

• Degree and qualifications: you have a degree in civil engineering from a university of applied sciences or ETH or an equivalent education and already have experience in underground works.
• Computer skills: you are an experienced user of MS Office. Knowledge of planning with MS Project or TILOS is an advantage.
• Working method: you are used to working in a team, think analytically and systemically, and handle assigned tasks independently and efficiently. You also stand out through a strong sense of responsibility, good organizational skills, and great flexibility.
• Language skills: good knowledge of French and German is essential. If you also master English and/or Italian, it is a plus.
