To strengthen our general cargo invoicing team at the St.Gallen location, we are looking for a committed and numbers-savvy individual for the role of

• Billing of transport services
• Preparation and verification of calculations for quotation requests
• Telephone enquiries and clarifications with customers and internal departments
• Processing customer enquiries and support in daily business

• Completed commercial training or further education
• Experience in the transport or logistics sector in billing, customer service, or dispatch
• Affinity for numbers and analytical thinking
• Quick comprehension and structured working method
• High accuracy and efficient working
