Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' needs and develop personalised treatment plans in collaboration with the medical team.
- Provide physiotherapy sessions tailored to each patient's rehabilitation goals.
- Ensure accurate monitoring and documentation of patients' progress.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to optimise patient care.
- Participate in team discussions and propose ideas to improve clinical practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science HES-SO in physiotherapy or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross
- Previous experience in physiotherapy, preferably in a hospital or rehabilitation setting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Initiative and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement of care.
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
