Construction Manager / Site Manager Building Construction
Your tasks: You independently organise assigned construction sites in new builds,
renovations and customer service. You lead the site workers, take responsibility for planning, work preparation, meeting deadlines, quality, billing and cost control. Preparing/calculating quotes and additional charges in close cooperation with management.
Your profile: You have training as a certified construction manager, certified master builder or FH engineer. As a leader in building construction, you possess negotiation skills and are accustomed to working independently as a construction manager. You are characterised by flexibility and commitment and have good IT user skills (Sorba an advantage). You enjoy precise measurement and billing preparation.
