In this exciting role, you are an important part of our dynamic team in the Market & Business Development department and responsible for the product range in the timber construction sector of Würth AG. Through your proactivity and professional expertise, you significantly promote the company’s growth by further developing our product portfolio with innovative ideas and thus opening up new growth areas.
These tasks await you:
- You are responsible for the market-oriented design and strategic further development of your product portfolio throughout the entire product lifecycle
- You continuously analyse the performance of your portfolio, monitor market, customer and competitor developments and derive concrete measures from them
- You develop a customer-oriented marketing mix and set clear impulses for expanding the range and addressing relevant target markets in cooperation with market development
- You are the central contact person for your product portfolio and work closely with market development, sales, marketing, purchasing and other interfaces
- You contribute your expertise to marketing projects and communication campaigns and ensure a convincing positioning of your products in the market
- You recognise product trends and potentials in the timber construction sector early and translate these into innovative, marketable solutions
- You accompany the further development of the portfolio with a clear focus on customer benefit, market requirements and sustainable growth
To fulfil these demanding tasks, you bring the following qualifications:
- You have successfully completed studies in timber construction, civil engineering, industrial engineering or have a comparable qualification
- You have professional experience in product management or a comparable function in the construction environment — ideally with a focus on timber construction or building envelope
- You have a sound understanding of application requirements and technical contexts and can specifically contribute this to product and range development
- You work analytically, structured and independently and keep an overview even in complex projects
- You convince through initiative, organisational skills and experience in successfully managing demanding projects
- You bring assertiveness, problem-solving competence as well as a clear and structured way of working
- You have very good skills in MS Office and ideally good knowledge of SAP and PIM systems
- You communicate confidently in German, French and English — both spoken and written
- You think customer- and solution-oriented, enjoy working with various interfaces and present yourself confidently
