Job Description
- Production of dishes in the hot and cold kitchen
- Independent work in the Free Flow restaurant. You should also enjoy working with guests, as you may occasionally assist at the front
- It is a small team, so the chefs also wash up in the office. The washing up is shared among the entire team.
- You work very independently in the kitchen and take on responsibility, as only 2 people work in the kitchen in total
- Application and control of the cleaning and hygiene concept according to HACCP
- Assistance with caterings and events
- Completed Chef apprenticeship EFZ with at least 5 years of professional experience
- German language skills must be at least B1
- Experience in communal catering as well as front-of-house guest interaction is important
- You should have an independent and clean working style
- In our kitchen team, it is important to be a team player, flexible, eager to work, and responsible
- It is also important that you are flexible, as you will also work in the dishwashing area besides cooking
- Guest- and service-oriented with an eye for detail is very important to us, as you always work directly with guests
