You lead the facade division for the Winterthur location and ensure smooth daily operations together with the project managers. You keep an eye on figures, quality and processes and create space for new market opportunities.

• Coordinate operations and manage economically
• Responsible for budgets, costs and project controlling
• Coach employees and develop teams further
• Maintain customer relationships, open up new fields of activity, sustainably improve processes, quality and collaboration

Close to the business, strong in leadership
Ideally, you come from facade construction, the metal industry or carpentry and know the practice inside out. Thanks to your entrepreneurial thinking, you manage to keep an overview even in challenging times and recognise opportunities early.

• Training in construction and further education in business administration
• Leadership experience in a construction-related, operational environment
• Convincing appearance and strong social skills
• High initiative with a hands-on mentality
• Convincing communication and confident German
