Project/Construction Manager m/f (100%)

You can expect the following main tasks

Your area of responsibility includes the project execution of demanding renovation and conversion projects from execution to commissioning.
You take responsibility for the tendering and awarding process, scheduling, and coordinating the entire construction process while always keeping an eye on costs.

Requirements for this varied position

This exciting task is aimed at qualified construction professionals. You have further training as a construction manager, architect (FH/ETH), or construction technician and bring proven experience in construction and project management.
You think entrepreneurially, are committed, and work independently and goal-oriented.
With your convincing communication skills, you find it easy to motivate all parties involved to achieve the common goal.
You are well acquainted with construction administration and scheduling programs as well as MS Office.
