How you’ll make an impact

Analyse and document new logistic processes for customer support team

Define Field technicians tooling management system and deploy it in the field

Support the implementation of 5S organization in the warranty workshop

Identify Carnet ATA system requirements and propose an efficient solution for the activity

Establish lesson learnt and deploy for similar activities (e.g. tools submitted to calibration)

Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Activity Based Risk Analysis (ABRAs)

Identify bottlenecks and process improvement opportunities

Prepare technical reports and presentations on project progress and results
Your background
-
Enrolled in Master or Bachelor (advanced technician) in process, industrial, or mechanical engineering

Knowledge of process engineering fundamentals Experience with CAD tools such as Creo

Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential, knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PFMEA) is a plus

Proficiency in French and English, written and spoken

Strong analytical and synthesis skills with excellent attention to detail, proactive and autonomy

Effective team communicator who shows technical curiosity, and adapts well to dynamic industrial environments
