HR Specialist (m/f/d) 80 - 100%

The Galvaswiss Group operates the largest hot-dip galvanising plants, paint shops and powder coatings in Switzerland.
For our location in Felben-Wellhausen with around 130 employees, we are looking for an HR specialist who independently manages, supports and collaborates in personnel matters. You will report to the plant managers of the group and work closely with the administration in Frauenfeld (accounting, IT) as well as with payroll processing in Poland.

• Responsible person for personnel administration and the first point of contact for employees and plant managers
• Coordinate and check monthly payroll runs (monthly and hourly wages, allowances, overtime, bonuses, deductions, etc.) together with the back office
• Reporting of monthly/annual financial statements
• Various HR activities such as onboarding and offboarding, employment contracts, references, etc.
• Coordination and support of the recruitment process, e.g. creating job advertisements, reviewing applications, interviews and references for production, specialists and administration
• Answer questions on labour law, absences, social benefits
• Coordination with the plants in Switzerland and Germany
