What you will achieve with us

• Preparation of planning and analyses according to Swiss GAAP FER
• Participation in the group-level budgeting process
• Analyses for business reviews
• Responsibility for the preparation of ad-hoc reports
• Maintenance and further development of the group-wide reporting tool
• Optimization, automation, and digitization of the existing process landscape with the goal of increasing productivity

What you bring with you

• Experience in controlling in an internationally active industrial company
• Business administration education and training with a focus on accounting and controlling
• Reliable and precise working style with hands-on qualities
• Role understanding as a proactive service provider and sparring partner for the business
• Open personality with good communication skills in an international environment
• Very good language skills in German and English
