Operations Manager (M/F)

Operational management of the site

• Supervise and coordinate all operational activities on site.
• Organise human and material resources to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyse on-site situations and implement appropriate solutions.
• Maintain an active presence on site to support and assist teams.

Team management

• Supervise, support and motivate employees across various operational sectors.
• Effectively allocate tasks and monitor their proper execution.
• Develop a positive working atmosphere and foster an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety rules and legal requirements.

Equipment and infrastructure management

• Manage the vehicle fleet and site equipment.
• Organise necessary maintenance, servicing and repairs.
• Ensure site cleanliness and good condition of machines and equipment.
• Supervise stocks, inventories and management of RPLP cards.

Quality, safety and compliance

• Guarantee the quality of goods entering and leaving the site.
• Participate in analyses, controls and production tests.
• Ensure application of regulations regarding safety, hygiene and labour law.
• Be proactive in continuous process improvement.

Versatility and operational support

• Occasionally cover various workstations, including weighing.
• Operate construction machinery and production installations as needed.
• Work closely with commercial services and provide relevant information to management.

Your profile

• Certified recycler or equivalent training.
• Proven experience in an industrial environment, ideally in recycling, waste management or material recovery.
• Several years of experience in an operational or managerial role.
• Valid forklift licence and experience operating loaders.
• Excellent knowledge of field realities and strong operational focus.
• Proficient with common IT tools (Windows, MS Office).
• Excellent command of French, any other language is an advantage.
