Your responsibilities
As a clerk in ALK debt collection, you are responsible for the independent and timely processing of debt collection and administrative tasks in the ALK area. You forward waiver and exemption requests. You provide telephone and written information and ensure correct allocation of documents as well as efficient forwarding of physical mail. You work carefully, service-oriented, and contribute to flawless case processing.
Your profile
- Commercial training EFZ or equivalent education
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- Confident German and French in spoken and written form
- Identification with the values of the Unia trade union
- Ability to engage in conversation with people from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills
