• You ensure complete service recording and are jointly responsible for the correct representation and application of outpatient and inpatient tariffs and services
• You maintain close interprofessional collaboration with doctors, physicists, radiology specialists, as well as staff from the administration of radio-oncology
• You correct erroneous services and maintain telephone and written contact with the patient administration of the Lindenhof Group as well as insurers

• You have completed a commercial or medical (nursing / MPA / RFP) basic training and possess in-depth knowledge of the Swiss tariff system (TARDOC, flat rates, DRG)
• Preferably, you already have knowledge of radio-oncological treatment processes or are willing to acquire this knowledge
• Experience with outpatient billing and proficient handling of health insurance companies is a great advantage
• A careful, reliable, and independent working style is very important to you; you are familiar with common MS Office applications (especially Excel) and can quickly familiarise yourself with new IT systems
