To complement our HR administration in Lucerne, we are looking for as of March 1, 2026, or by agreement and fixed-term until the end of February 2027 a
HR Generalist 100%, fixed-term (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- Administrative support of HR consulting from hiring to employee exit (preparation of employment contracts, recording/data maintenance in the personnel information system Abacus, correspondence)
- Absence management (illness, accident, parenthood) including contact with insurance companies
- Key user and contact person for employees regarding questions about the time tracking and personnel planning system
- Processing and recording of changes (anniversaries, absences, and contract changes)
- Administrative support of the payroll team
- Participation in HR projects
Our requirements
- Training as HR assistant or social insurance clerk or currently in training
- Initial experience in HR administration and/or payroll administration
- Great interest or experience to take on the role as key user for time tracking and personnel planning in Abacus / Abaplan
- Very good German and good French skills, English is an advantage
- Independent work organization and prioritization
- High communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with different stakeholders
- Trustworthy, reliable, and flexible personality
Workplace is Lucerne, mobile office is possible.
