What to expect
As a consultant at APP, you take on responsibility from the very beginning. You lead teams in developing new concepts as well as defining product, process and IT requirements. You independently manage consulting mandates and develop convincing solutions for business and IT issues. Once the right solution is found, you ensure sustainable implementation and accompany our clients until successful introduction.
As an entrepreneurial thinker and doer, you build sustainable contacts, continuously expand your network and acquire new mandates. In addition, you have the opportunity to actively shape APP as a co-entrepreneur and significantly influence our future.
What we expect
· Completed university degree, preferably in business administration, (business) informatics or law
· Three to five years of experience in carrying out IT-related projects in consulting or administrative environments, in the judiciary, in the financial sector or in healthcare
· Sound knowledge in project management, business analysis and the application of common methods
· Quick comprehension, strong analytical thinking as well as a creative, pragmatic approach
· Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style, combined with enjoyment of teamwork
· Open, communicative personality with talent and pleasure in building trusting relationships
· Confident writing and presenting in German. Very good English and French skills are a plus
· Flexibility regarding travel activity within German-speaking Switzerland
