Activities
- Carrying out property maintenance including inspection and servicing
- Performing horticultural and garden maintenance work
- Implementing garden redesigns and pruning plants
- Carrying out facade and window cleaning
- Performing snow clearance and repairing storm damage
Requirements
- Experience in building services and repair work
- Knowledge in garden care and design
- Ability to independently inspect and maintain properties
- Willingness to work in changing weather conditions
- Responsibility in service contracts
