To strengthen our team in Bellenberg, we are looking for a Junior Site Manager (m/f/d) to start immediately.

What you will work on with us

• Creation and processing of technical drawings and execution plans for our timber construction projects
• Development of constructive solutions in coordination with project management, production and assembly
• Support of site management in scheduling, coordination and quality control on site
• Technical coordination with architects, specialist planners, suppliers and other project participants
• Support in workshop and detail planning

What scores with us

• Training as a carpenter, draughtswoman, construction technician or a comparable technical qualification; alternatively studies in timber construction or civil engineering
• At least two years of professional experience in timber framing and assembly of timber structures
• Interest in developing professionally and personally towards construction/project management
• Experience with CAD or timber construction planning software is an advantage
• Good constructive and spatial understanding

The position offers two possible entry focuses: operational timber construction management or construction management for general contractors. Together we will see where your strengths lie. With growing experience, you will take on more responsibility for the technical and organisational handling of your own timber construction projects – from planning to implementation on site.
