For our Master Builder Region Aarau, we are looking for you as a proactive and strong leadership Project Manager New Construction (m/f/d). Join us and lead a team that has built an excellent reputation within and outside Implenia in recent years.

What you will drive

• Leading and realizing demanding building construction projects
• Commercial and technical management of the project
• Coordination of various trades (general contractor, building and civil engineering)
• Leading the site managers
• Independent preparation and enforcement of additional offers
• Resource planning and monitoring of contract management

Why you will succeed

• Degree as a certified civil engineer FH, certified master builder, or certified site manager TS
• Several years of experience in project management in a construction company
• Several years of leadership experience
• Experience with Swiss standards and construction contract law
• Entrepreneurial thinking
• Assertiveness and enthusiasm for building
