As a project manager, you steer varied client projects from the idea to successful implementation. You connect departments, IT and other stakeholders, create orientation and ensure that deadlines, budget, quality and resources remain in harmony.
What you will achieve with us
- You lead demanding client projects in the financial industry or public administration – from conception to successful implementation.
- You plan and manage transformations, regulatory initiatives, process optimisations and digitalisation projects, taking responsibility for deadlines, budget, quality and resources.
- You lead interdisciplinary project teams, coordinate clients, partners and other stakeholders, and confidently moderate workshops, meetings and steering committees.
- You take responsibility for your projects, identify opportunities and risks early and independently advance viable solutions.
- You work closely in a team and actively shape our consulting services and project management standards.
What you bring with you
- A degree at HF or FH level in business administration, finance, banking, business informatics or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in leading demanding projects, ideally in the financial industry or public administration, as well as good IT understanding
- Practical experience with classical and/or agile project management methods; further training or certifications such as SAFe, Scrum, HERMES or IPMA are a plus
- The ability to structure professional, regulatory and technical requirements, translate them into actionable plans and bring together different interests
- Confident appearance, clear audience-appropriate communication and an independent, solution- and customer-oriented working style
- Fluent German and good English skills; additional national languages are welcome
What you can look forward to
- Responsibility from day one and diverse projects with renowned clients
- Continuous opportunities for professional and personal development
- A modern working environment with short decision-making paths, an open team culture at eye level, flexible working models and long-term perspectives
