Join our team as an Account Manager and take ownership of strategic customer relationships in France. In this role, you will act as the key link between Ascom and our clients—ensuring long-term partnerships, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through solution-based selling in the healthcare sector.
Your Contributions:
Develop and execute account strategies for assigned customers
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through strategic account planning
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
Identify new leads and maintain a balanced pipeline for future growth
Drive account penetration and collect market intelligence
Lead proactive strategic account reviews and manage communications between clients and internal teams
Ensure strong knowledge of client needs and align Ascom’s solutions accordingly
Coordinate Ascom experts in client interactions to deliver timely, high-quality service
Support and coach junior team members to exceed customer expectations
Monitor and forecast accounts through professional use of business tools
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
3–5 years of experience in key account management, ideally in tech-driven B2B environments
Proven track record in solution selling and relationship-building
Experience with complex software and service-based offerings
Skills & Competencies
Strong customer focus and stakeholder management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Understanding of wireless communication and enterprise solutions
Ability to analyze, plan, and execute with attention to detail
Technical understanding of system configurations (Ascom products a plus)
Strong collaboration and problem-solving mindset
