Our client, a constantly evolving watchmaking company, is looking to carry out setups and ensure production, a:

Multiskilled Mechanic specialising in Swiss-type Turning (M/F/X)

Mission:

• Ensure compliance with production standards
• Train, support and replace production operators when necessary
• Work with setters to resolve technical issues
• Lead follow-up meetings and manage associated action plans
• Contribute to the capitalisation and sharing of know-how
• Participate in the integration of new equipment and/or manufacturing processes
• Train and support the apprentice as part of their Swiss-type turning training

Profile:

• Federal VET Diploma as multiskilled mechanic, specialising in Swiss-type turning, or equivalent training
• Proven experience with Tornos Swissnano and Citizen R04/R07 equipment
• Knowledge of basic problem-solving tools
• Methodical mindset and good analytical skills
• Ability to be proactive
• Strong communication skills and ease in interpersonal relations
