The Lung League Solothurn is an innovative health organisation and has been offering professional advice and support for people with lung or respiratory diseases for more than 120 years with its around 30 employees at the locations Solothurn, Olten and Breitenbach.

To strengthen our team in the finance department, we are looking for you in Solothurn immediately or by arrangement as: Accounting Clerk 60%
Your tasks:
- Management of accounts payable and processing of payment transactions
- Management of accounts receivable including invoicing to health insurance companies, insurers, institutions as well as patients
- Processing of rejections and incorrect invoices including clarifications with internal and external parties
- Monitoring of incoming payments and execution of dunning procedures
- Posting of bank transactions, donations, expenses and cash as well as maintaining fixed asset accounting
- Preparation of VAT returns and support with financial statements
- Maintenance of master data in ABACUS and general administration of the finance department
Your profile:
- Commercial basic training, preferably with further education in finance and accounting
- Sound knowledge of accounting, dunning procedures and VAT accounting
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally ABACUS
- Experience in billing with health insurance companies and insurers is an advantage
- You analyse payment discrepancies and rejections confidently and find pragmatic solutions
- You work in a structured, independent manner and communicate clearly with internal and external parties
- Confident handling of MS Office
