As the personal assistant to the General Secretary of ZHAW, you are responsible for the following tasks:
- You work closely with the General Secretary in the preparation and follow-up of the meetings of the ZHAW university management as well as the ZHAW agenda items of the Zurich University of Applied Sciences Council
- You organize selected internal meetings, including minute-taking as well as agenda and pending item planning
- You are responsible for various reports and administrative tasks of the General Secretariat and Rectorate, manage contracts, optimize processes and templates
- If possible, you independently organize the BMFH autumn conference with around 100 participants annually
- You participate in projects and take on research assignments
- You act as deputy for the assistant to the Rector
In doing so, you are part of the core team of the General Secretariat as well as the two assistants to the Rector. We maintain a strong collaborative and humorous team culture.
For this demanding position, you have the following desired profile:
- You have several years of professional experience and will take on the role of executive assistant in the ZHAW General Secretariat with joy and conviction
- You are reliable, can organize yourself and your environment well, work independently, and place great value on accuracy in your work
- You are used to concisely presenting complex discussions in minutes and communicate appropriately for the target group both in writing and orally
- You are interested in university operations and efficient processes and are always ready to engage with new topics and tools
- You enjoy working with people and like working in a team.
