- You take on the leadership responsibility for an analytical laboratory with 10 employees
- You plan and coordinate customer orders for the analytical examination of pharmaceutical active ingredients and finished products as well as raw materials and packaging materials using titrimetric, spectroscopic, wet chemical and galenic methods, check the results and release them
- You independently create plans and reports for method transfers, verifications and validations in German and English and conduct professional communication with our customers
- You are responsible for the correct and timely processing of orders in your laboratory in compliance with GMP quality requirements
- You identify and implement analytical innovations in your area and support the professional advice of our customers
- Completed studies (ETH/University/FH) with a focus on chemistry or food chemistry
- Proven professional experience in chemical or pharmaceutical analytics / quality control, ideally in a GMP environment
- Sound knowledge in the development and validation of analytical methods as well as in the application and verification of pharmacopoeia methods
- Leadership experience in a similar position
- Flair for instrumental analytics
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- High motivation and enjoyment of exciting analytical issues
