Responsibilities

• Financial planning and reporting: You will be involved in monthly and annual financial statements, budgeting and forecasts, analyse financial developments, and prepare meaningful management reports
• Business partnering: You support the Head of Controlling as well as the operational managers with sound analyses and business management decision-making bases
• Data analysis and BI: You develop existing reporting and BI solutions together with the Head of Controlling and ensure that relevant key figures are available clearly and promptly
• Cost accounting and health statistics: You are responsible for preparing and analysing relevant data within the framework of cost accounting according to REKOLE as well as cantonal and national statistics (Spiges)
• Cost and performance controlling: You analyse cost structures, revenues, margins, and performance developments and identify optimisation potentials across our locations and departments

Job Requirements

• Completed business administration degree (FH/University) or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, studies in information technology or
• natural sciences complemented by further training in controlling, accounting, or finance
• Several years of professional experience in controlling. Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system is a great advantage
• Very good Excel skills and enjoyment in working with data as well as modern analysis and BI tools (QlikSense)
• Resilient, service-oriented, and responsible personality
