• You independently manage our clients' projects and confidently guide them through all phases – from briefing to delivery or go-live.
• You are the central interface between our clients, the creative team, management, and external partners.
• You translate our clients' needs into clear briefings and develop strategies, concepts, and communication measures together with the team.
• You plan timings, budgets, and resources, prepare offers, and reliably keep track of services, costs, and deadlines.
• You prepare client meetings and presentations, gather feedback, and coordinate the next steps.
• You accompany the creative implementation and ensure that quality, content, design, and brand management are correct.

What we expect from you

• You want to not only manage projects but actively think along, co-create, and create impact for our clients together with us.
• You have completed training in marketing, communication, business administration, or a comparable field. You bring at least three years of experience in project management at an advertising agency and independently manage clients.
• You possess solid knowledge in strategy, classical and digital communication, as well as in creative production processes.
• You work precisely, proactively, and reliably and take responsibility with a high standard of quality.
• You can quickly and independently familiarise yourself with existing structures. You convince with a charming and eloquent manner – in both German and English.
