- Monitoring of caretaker services and administrative support for the caretaker team
- Assistance in maintaining our properties through organising and coordinating maintenance, repair and servicing work as well as working with the maintenance software Sambesi
- Support with warranty work and handling defect reports to the client
- Programming and management of the electronic locking system
- Support in the operational management of the Andermatt Reuss Parking with its services (barriers, cash registers, e-charging stations, car wash, etc.)
- Completed commercial basic training (commercial clerk EFZ) or a comparable qualification
- Experience in the administrative and ideally also technical management of properties is an advantage
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Strong service and solution orientation
- Organisational talent as well as a communicative personality with enjoyment in dealing with different stakeholders
- Confident handling of complaints and challenging situations
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2)
- Good MS Office skills; experience with property or management software is an advantage

- Generous participation in further training
- Combination of leisure and work
- Modern working time model
