Co-Residential Group Leader Care & Support 80-100%

For a modern residential and care centre in St. Gallen, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced certified nursing professional HF/FH for the co-leadership of a residential group. An entry via Try & Hire is possible.

The house offers a home to around 100 people aged 45 and over and combines long-term care, a dementia residential group, and specialised living under one roof. The focus is on professional, individual support, self-determination, and quality of life.

Requirements Profile

• Qualification as a certified nursing professional HF/FH or DN II
• At least one year of leadership experience
• Enjoyment of leadership and the further development of a team
• Clear, appreciative, and binding communication
• Structured and responsible way of working

Tasks

• Professional and personnel co-responsibility for a residential group with 26 residents
• Leadership and support of an interdisciplinary team of around 18 employees
• Ensuring and further developing a high quality of care and support
• Coordination of care processes and professional support of the team
• Support and promotion of employees
• Collaboration with relatives, legal guardians, and other professionals
