As a (Senior) Kotlin Developer (all genders), you work in a motivated team on new digital products and service platforms. You work independently on the design, development, and integration of both frontend and backend components and are significantly involved in idea development, prototyping, as well as conception and implementation.

You not only develop in the cloud and set up infrastructure and systems, but also have the chance to help shape the cloud itself.
Take responsibility for the independent and self-reliant conception and implementation of complex software solutions based on current technology stacks and agile approaches.
You provide technical and professional support in the development of new product and solution ideas as well as ensuring the quality of our software components, e.g. through code reviews.
Explore new topics and technologies, deepen acquired knowledge, and actively contribute to the team.
You are responsible for the continuous improvement of development processes.

What we expect from you

Personal background: You have a completed IT degree or comparable training and your heart beats for development (especially with Kotlin).
Kotlin expertise: You have solid practical experience in the development and process analysis of the Kotlin ecosystem as well as standard frameworks (e.g. Ktor) and databases.
Technical versatility: You also master other technologies such as Kubernetes, cloud, or another programming language. DevOps, Scrum, and agile methods are not just tools for you but a must-have.
Mindset: An analytical way of thinking, high quality awareness, and pronounced service orientation are in your blood.
AI know-how: You work productively with coding agents, delegate tasks consciously, and ensure reliable results – with verification signals in the process, a critical comparison with the specification, and a stepwise controlled expansion of autonomy.
On the road: You are willing to travel and flexible to advise our customers nationwide on site.
