Your Tasks
- You operate and drive all motor vehicles in the area of urban drainage maintenance.
- You transport equipment and materials safely, professionally and efficiently.
- You plan your assignments independently, carry out the work professionally and continuously document it in the system.
- You competently and responsibly lead and supervise the employees assigned to you.
- You ensure correct and complete reporting of times, services and disposals.
- You consistently comply with occupational safety regulations and monitor their implementation.
- You actively participate in the operational maintenance of wastewater facilities.
- You undertake assignments in winter service as well as planned night, Sunday and public holiday duties on behalf of the City of Lucerne.
Your Profile
- You hold a driving licence for categories B and C.
- Ideally, you have training as a wastewater technologist or a completed apprenticeship in the main or secondary construction trade and have several years of professional experience in one of these areas.
- Leadership skills and organisational talent are among your strengths.
- You approach technical challenges with motivation, solution orientation and responsibility.
- You are able to read and correctly interpret sewer plans confidently.
- Occupational safety is a matter of course for you and you consistently comply with the relevant regulations.
- You are resilient, physically fit and have a robust personality.
- Working under demanding or dirty conditions is no problem for you.
- You have good knowledge of German.
