Your mission:
The Business Unit «Safety» consists of 17 people and is led by the «Safety Director». You report directly to him and lead a team of sales specialists who are responsible for our SME customers regarding Personal Protective Equipment.
Your contribution to the future of this area
- Leadership and (further) development of directly subordinate employees
- Developing and ensuring a sustainable PPE sales strategy for customers throughout Switzerland, focusing on SMB
- Supporting market observations and competitive analyses, as well as collaborating on and revising a business plan for the Safety Business area
- Supporting the development and implementation of customer-oriented services to sustainably secure and increase the profitability of the Industrial business area
- Developing and regularly revising a sales plan/measures and ensuring their successful and sustainable implementation
- Ensuring a high level of expertise in the field of Personal Protective Equipment within the SMB sales team
Your skills and achievements:
- You have a completed technical education
- You are a sales professional in field sales
- You have solid experience in personnel management
- You speak German and English fluently. French is highly desired
- Ideally, you have already worked in a matrix organization
- You have strong persuasiveness and good negotiation skills
- Responsibility, flexibility, and teamwork are not foreign words to you
