Job Description
- Perform massages, facial and body treatments on members and clients using safe and professional techniques
- Perform classic, semi-permanent, and gel manicures
- Perform classic and semi-permanent pedicures,
- Perform waxing,
- Perform eyelash lifts, eyelash and eyebrow tinting,
- Perform eyelash extensions
- Apply makeup to members and clients using safe and professional techniques
- Keep the workplace clean and tidy at all times
- Maintain the supply of necessary materials for massages and body treatments
- Prepare kits as needed
- Politely inform and answer all questions from members and guests
- Ensure to stay up to date with current trends in the body treatment industry
- Act as a catalyst to promote our Spa services to hotel members and clients
- Answer all questions related to practiced services and used products
- Keep professional licenses up to date
- Report equipment malfunctions
- Master all aspects of Spa operations, including phone use, customer relations, retail sales, Spa services (massage, luffa, facial, etc.)
- Provide support in all Spa services as needed: Equipment – Reception
- Boutique - Sales and marketing
- Maintain accurate records as required by the hotel and government regulations
- Attend communication meetings, other meetings, and various trainings
- Keep body technique equipment, aesthetics, and personal equipment in good working order
- Adhere to and fully understand Spa safety policies
Qualifications
- CAP Aesthetics diploma and/or Spa Practitioner
- English mandatory, Italian is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience desired
- Knowledge of first aid and safety focused on first aid
- Very good presentation
- LQA knowledge is a plus
