Your role

Medical leadership and active participation in daily practice

Leading and developing the team

Building efficient processes and modern practice structures

Shaping strategy, quality and culture

Contact person for clients, employees and external partners

Further development of the location with entrepreneurial thinking

What you bring

✔ Completed degree in veterinary medicine

✔ At least 5 years of professional experience after graduation

✔ Broad and solid clinical experience in small animal medicine

✔ Leadership skills or strong interest in leadership

✔ Initiative, sense of responsibility and organisational talent

✔ Enjoyment in building new things and involving people

✔ High social competence and ability to work in a team
