The Humanitas AG nursing home in Riehen offers elderly, demented and multi-morbid patients a secure home. Based on our care philosophy, we ensure professional nursing. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated certified nurse HF who, in addition to direct care, wishes to contribute and develop specifically in the areas of vocational training, quality or a specialisation.

YOUR MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Holistic care & support: Ensuring individual, needs-based and high-quality care of our residents.
• Development focus vocational training (optional): Active guidance, support and promotion of our apprentices and students on the learning ward.
• Development focus quality (optional): Participation in the further development and review of care processes, guidelines and quality standards.
• Development focus specialisation (optional): Contribution of specialist knowledge (e.g. dementia, palliative care, wound management) and professional development of the team.
• Care process & RAI-NH: Accurate care process management, recording according to RAI-NH as well as comprehensive care documentation.
• Interdisciplinary exchange: Contact person and interface for residents, relatives, teams, doctors and internal partners.

Professional requirements

• Certified nurse (HF/FH).
• Interest or experience in vocational training, quality or specialisation.
• Sound knowledge of the RAI-NH classification system.
• Specialist knowledge in gerontopsychiatry (dementia) is an advantage.
• Experience in care process, quality & IT.
