• You are responsible for the process of client onboarding and client management for private and corporate clients
• You support the client advisors with administrative tasks, managing pending items, and providing telephone information
• You relieve the advisors in cross-selling topics such as cards, e-banking, and accounts
• You assist in the preparation and follow-up of client appointments
