For our global headquarters in Pfäffikon/SZ, we are looking for a Group Quality Manager. Together with the local organisations, you will implement the global quality strategy, initiate, design, and lead cross-site and cross-organisational improvement projects in the field of quality, conduct audits, and handle warranty cases, customer complaints, and quality issues from suppliers. You will also act as an interface between our strategic purchasing, development, and product support, particularly supporting supplier and product qualification. You will maintain close communication with the global quality organisation and collaborate with various internal departments at all levels.
This position within the Group Quality Management team includes a significant analytical and conceptual component to develop and introduce the necessary foundations for further operational improvements (processes, tools, and methods).
YOUR TASKS
- Processing and analysing supplier non-conformities, customer complaints, and warranty claims as well as implementing and monitoring measures
- Planning and conducting internal audits (worldwide)
- Implementing and monitoring measures and participating in certification audits
- Supporting supplier qualification (assessment, audit, FAI)
- Supporting development projects (requirements, risk analysis / FMEA, quality control plan, milestone reviews) as well as conducting and contributing to process improvements
- Designing, initiating, and leading global improvement projects in the field of quality (processes, tools, and methods)
- Training employees (worldwide)
YOUR PROFILE
- Higher technical education with further training in quality management
- Several years of professional experience in quality management
(plant engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable industry) - Knowledge of standards (ISO 9001) and experience with error and problem-solving methods (8D/9S) as well as risk and hazard analyses (FMEA or similar)
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written form at all levels within the organisation in German and English (with suppliers, customers, external parties)
- Enjoyment of conceptual work as well as its operational implementation
- Leadership skills advantageous
- Confident handling of complex, changing environments
- Customer- and solution-oriented working style
- Good presentation skills
